Silk Way Airlines, Azerbaijan and Boeing today announced an order for two Boeing 747-8 Freighters valued at $ 704 million according of current price list.
Silk Way Airlines currently operates two type 747, Boeing 747-400 Freighters and 767-300 Freighters.
The order is part of Silk Way’s fleet expansion plans as it “continues to increase its regional and international footprint,” Silk Way president Zaur Akhundov said.
Silk Way Airlines is regarded as one of the leading cargo airlines in Central Asia providing full service to Europe, Middle East, and Asia.
