Hawaiian Airlines, today July 9, 2013 launched nonstop service from Honolulu to Taipei, Taiwan, the latest addition to its expanding international network and seventh Asian gateway destination.
Hawai’i Tourism Authority (HTA) confirm, nearly 10,000 visitors from Taiwan in Hawaii on 2012, this positif market for Hawaiian Airlines.
”This new Hawaiian Airlines flight fits into our strategy of global market diversification,” commented Mike McCartney, HTA president and CEO. ”This new service is critically important asHawai’i strives to become a major hub for that region in Asia.”
Hawaiian Airlines will operate three flights a week between Honolulu and Taipei and serve by Airbus A330-200 have capacity 294 seat.
